The Team Illinois Community Member Club Program ensures that every player in Illinois has a chance to learn the game in their own communities from top-level coaches, and provides a structured path to the highest level of competition and national recognition.

Team Illinois is comprised of ten member clubs across Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana, fielding both boys and girls programs: Chicago Elite, Chicago Surge, East Ave, Fluid, Four Star, NWI Region Rats, NWI Reign, Second City, Shamrocks and Yeti. Together they provide a comprehensive lacrosse experience for youth players, fostering both skill development and a sense of community. Each club has a unique focus and set of programs designed to support players from the youth level through high school.
