Outreach with Lacrosse and Schools (OWLS), a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, was founded in 2011 with one goal – Improve the lives of Chicago's most at-risk youth by offering a lacrosse-based program that combines teaching and playing the sport with academic tutoring, mentoring and social enrichment.

*Each team must have all participating players sign a waiver.  Each roster will be checked to ensure that all players come from the same high school.  All teams wishing to use players from multiple high schools must clear any exceptions in advance of the event with the tournament director.  Any non-confirming players that are not pre-cleared will not be allowed to participate.
